Welcome to Projects for Humanity (P4H). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the P4H website, user accounts, donation services, fundraising features, campaigns, and related online services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Website

The P4H website provides information about our organization, charitable programs, projects, campaigns, donations, and opportunities to support our work.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful content
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website
  • Impersonate P4H or another person or organization
  • Use the website for fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized purposes

2. User Accounts

Certain features of our website may require you to create an account, including Donor and Fundraiser accounts.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and must notify P4H if you believe your account has been compromised.

P4H reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or is otherwise used improperly.

3. Donor Accounts and Donations

Registered donors may access available donor-related features through the P4H website.

Donations made through the website are subject to our Donation Policy. Donors must provide accurate information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process their donations.

4. Fundraiser Accounts

Individuals who wish to raise funds through the P4H website may register for a Fundraiser account.

Registration does not automatically authorize fundraising activities. A Fundraiser must be reviewed and approved by P4H before being permitted to conduct fundraising through the platform.

P4H may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke Fundraiser status at its discretion.

Fundraisers must provide accurate information and conduct their activities honestly, lawfully, and in accordance with P4H's mission and these Terms.

5. Fundraising Campaigns

Approved Fundraisers may submit fundraising campaign requests through the P4H website.

A campaign may not be publicly launched or promoted through the P4H platform until it has been reviewed and approved by P4H.

P4H reserves the right to approve, reject, request changes to, suspend, or remove any campaign or campaign content at any time when appropriate, including where content is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, inconsistent with our mission, or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.

Approval of a campaign does not guarantee any particular fundraising result.

6. Fundraiser Responsibilities

Fundraisers are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information, photographs, videos, stories, and other materials they submit.

Fundraisers must not:

  • Make false or misleading statements
  • Misrepresent their relationship with P4H
  • Use P4H's name or logo without authorization
  • Use fundraising activities for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Submit content that violates another person's rights
  • Use donations for purposes inconsistent with an approved campaign

Unless expressly authorized by P4H, a Fundraiser is not an employee, agent, or official representative of P4H.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Content submitted by users must be lawful and must not infringe the rights of others.

By submitting content to P4H, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide it and grant P4H permission to use, publish, reproduce, and distribute it for legitimate organizational purposes, including communications, reporting, education, awareness, and fundraising.

P4H's name, logo, website content, photographs, videos, designs, and other materials may not be commercially used or reproduced without permission.

8. P4H's Rights

P4H may, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law:

  • Review user accounts and campaign submissions
