September 2026: Moments of Hope, Progress, and Impact
September was another month of compassion and meaningful progress at Projects for Humanity (P4H). Through education, orphan care, clean water, healthcare, food assistance, and livelihood opportunities, we continued supporting vulnerable children, families, and communities across Bangladesh.
Every step forward reflects our shared commitment to creating a brighter future for those who need it most.

Providing Education and Creating Opportunities
At Champion Academy, 92 students, including 36 orphans, continued their educational journey. Students participated in model tests, quizzes, programming, Spoken English, music, debate, Quran and Hadith, recitation, and calligraphy classes. The academy also launched Champion Dipshikha, its wall magazine, and organized vocabulary, spelling, and other academic competitions to encourage learning and creativity.
Providing Complete Care for Orphaned Children
Our orphan care center continued providing comprehensive support to 25 students, including education, nutritious meals, healthcare, and personal care. Students participated in academic and cultural competitions, received educational materials and scholarship support, and continued their Quranic studies. A dedicated Hifz classroom was established, while daily meals, medical care, seasonal fruits, and other essentials helped support their well-being.
Supporting Rohingya Refugee Education
Our team continued visiting refugee learning centers and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to support educational activities. We participated in CiC and Education Sector meetings, attended an NGO inception meeting, completed Joint Response Plan (JRP) registration, and submitted the required 5W report to Activistinfo.
Expanding Access to Clean Drinking Water
During September, six water plants supplied more than 7,950 gallons of purified water, while 163 tube wells provided over 17,100 gallons. These water sources helped more than 2,370 families access drinking water, easing daily challenges in communities affected by water scarcity and salinity.
Bringing Healthcare Closer to Communities
P4H organized six free health camps, providing medical services to 330 individuals. Services included general checkups, gynecological care, eye care, and dental treatment, helping underserved communities access essential healthcare.
Creating Sustainable Livelihood Opportunities
Through our Underprivileged Empowerment program, we supported income-generating opportunities for 688 families, positively impacting more than 3,200 individuals and helping them work toward greater financial stability.
Providing Food and Emergency Relief
P4H served more than 14,100 nutritious meals to orphaned children and vulnerable individuals throughout September. We also distributed dry food, including flattened rice, puffed rice, molasses, dry bread, and biscuits, to flood-affected families in northwestern Bangladesh.
Building a Safe Home for 200 Children
Construction continued on our permanent home for 200 children in Shibganj, Chapai Nawabganj. This initiative aims to provide children with a safe and caring environment where they can live, learn, and grow with dignity and opportunity.
Together, We Can Make a Difference
From supporting children's education to providing clean water, healthcare, food, and emergency assistance, every effort helps create meaningful change. We are grateful to our supporters and partners whose generosity makes this work possible.
Together, we continue building a brighter future for those who need it most.
