June Impact: Hope Flows Where Compassion Leads
Every month brings new opportunities to serve vulnerable communities, and June 2026 was no exception. Through the unwavering support of our donors, volunteers, and partners, Projects for Humanity continued delivering life-changing programs across Bangladesh—expanding access to clean water, strengthening education, caring for orphaned children, and providing essential healthcare and nutrition.

A Major Milestone: Two New RO Water Plants Inaugurated
One of the month's most significant achievements was the inauguration of two new advanced Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Plants, made possible through the generous support of the Grundfos Foundation.
These new facilities will provide safe drinking water to thousands of people living in Bangladesh's vulnerable coastal communities, where saline contamination has made access to clean water a daily challenge. Together with our existing water projects, we distributed more than 43,500 gallons of safe drinking water throughout June, serving over 7,900 people.
For families like Sufia Akter's, clean water is no longer a distant hope—it is now available close to home.
Investing in Children Through Education and Care
At Champion Academy, 90 students continued receiving quality education in a nurturing environment. Alongside regular academic activities, students participated in English spoken classes, cultural programs, Islamic education, sports activities, and routine health checkups to support their overall development.
Our Complete Orphan Care Program also continued providing holistic support to 53 orphaned children across our care centers. Nutritious meals, healthcare, education, recreational activities, and spiritual guidance remained at the heart of our efforts. This month, we were delighted to welcome three new orphaned children into our care, offering them a safe home, education, and the opportunity to build a brighter future.
We also proudly celebrated the outstanding achievements of two of our students in the National Primary Education Award Competition 2026 (District Level). Md. Mahim secured 1st Place in the Hamd & Naat competition, while Md. Abu Sayed earned 2nd Place in the 100-Meter Sprint—an inspiring reflection of the potential that flourishes when children receive the care and opportunities they deserve.
Supporting Health and Well-Being
Healthcare remained an essential part of our mission throughout June. Through five free medical camps, nearly 300 individuals received consultations and treatment, including general medical care, gynecology, eye care, and dental services.
At the same time, our Food & Nutrition initiatives continued serving more than 17,000 nutritious meals to orphaned children and vulnerable individuals, helping improve health, strength, and daily wellbeing.
Standing with Rohingya Refugee Communities
Our Refugee Assistance team continued supporting learning centers in the Rohingya camps through regular school visits, coordination meetings, teacher support, and reporting activities. Two learning centers were successfully relocated to improve access to education, ensuring children continue learning in safe and supportive environments.
Strengthening Our Team to Serve Better
This month also marked our Annual Employee Summit 2026, bringing together colleagues from across Projects for Humanity to celebrate our shared achievements, strengthen collaboration, and renew our commitment to serving humanity.
One Mission. One Team. Rise Together.
Our Founder & President also visited Champion Academy, our Orphan Care Centers, and the newly inaugurated Pure Water Projects, meeting children, families, and beneficiaries whose lives continue to be transformed through compassion and collective action.
