Every child deserves a safe place to sleep, a caring hand to hold, a chance to learn, and the freedom to dream about tomorrow. For many children who have lost their parents or grown up without the security of a family, these simple things are not always guaranteed.

We believe every child deserves better. That belief is now taking shape. We are building a permanent home for orphaned and vulnerable children.

A home where a child feels safe.
Where they can sleep without fear.
Where they are cared for when they are sick.
Where they can study, play and laugh.
Where someone believes in their dreams.

Across faiths and cultures, caring for children who have lost the protection of their families has long been recognized as a profound act of compassion and responsibility.

The Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) said:

“The one who cares for an orphan and myself will be together in Paradise like this,”

He held his index and middle fingers close together to illustrate his message.

The Bible also reminds us:

“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress.”

— James 1:27

BUILDING MORE THAN A HOME

In Chapainawabganj, Bangladesh, we are building a permanent home for orphaned and vulnerable children.

The new Orphan Care Complex is being developed to provide a safe, caring and nurturing environment for up to 200 children.

It will be more than a place to live.

It will be a place where children can learn, grow, receive care, discover their abilities and begin building independent lives.

We are not simply building walls.
We are creating a place where children can belong.

THEIR FUTURE SHOULD NOT BE DEFINED BY THEIR PAST

No child chooses to lose a parent.

No child chooses poverty or uncertainty.

But the circumstances of a child's early life should not determine the possibilities of their future. With the right care, education and opportunities, children can grow beyond hardship, discover their potential and build lives filled with purpose and dignity.

We cannot change how their stories began.
But together, we can help change how they continue.
